At HealthSouth, our Starbright Pediatric Rehabilitation clinics offer outpatient rehabilitation services designed to help children with disabilities and injuries achieve maximum self-sufficiency. Our therapist are experienced pediatric clinicians dedicated to enhancing the child's and family's potential for continuous growth and development. We evaluate and treat children from birth through adolescence with a multi disciplinary approach that includes speech, occupational and physical therapies.

Pediatric Multidisciplinary Team

Occupational Therapist

Evaluate and treat children with challenges in fine motor coordination, hand-eye coordination, visual perception, self-care, feeding and sensory processing/sensory integration. They may aslo recommend adaptive equipment based on the child's individual needs.


Physical Therapist

Evaluate and treat children with gross motor movement challenges. They assist in improving balance, strength, posture and motor control, and also recommend adaptive equipment or orthoses that ay be beneficial.


Speech-Language Pathologist

Evaluate and treat childrend with challenges that may include receptive/expressive language impairments, oral motor dysfunction, feeding problems, articulation difficulties, (sound production), stuttering and pragmatic language or social skills.
